Luftverk's first model with plastic body and aluminum rim.

Luftverk's plastic models have achieved low cost and high precision by machining injection-molded polycarbonate with a high-precision lathe. This new model has a plastic body with a 6061 alloy aluminum rim. This hybrid construction is a first for the company.

The smoothness of the plastic matches well with the presence and power of the ultra-thick aluminum rim. The yo-yo with a metal rim has a sound resonance, and the difference in the materials makes the yo-yo respond to the player's commands.
