The 7003 aluminum alloy, step-straight profile, and size of the new Impulse are all loyal to the original, with one small exception that adds up to a big difference, and it's in the side face. The Impulse II features a side face that is carved down in steps, further concentrating the yo-yo's mass away from the axle. This small change improves both the power and stability of its sleep.
