Return Process

  Securely pack the unplayed yo-yo and any included accessories in the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
